USER - Zappos Customer
To design a new box for Zappos.com. A team of mixed individuals from around the company and myself put our heads together and decided that the main goal of our conception would be to help customer make quick and easy returns and exchanges. Also, we were working to alleviate issues with travel for customers who live in a city and may have their packages delivered to their place of business. The addition of a bag for easy travel as well as indirect marketing was something that would require more restructure in the warehouses.
I spoke with customers, customer service representatives and warehouse employees to research what some of the biggest struggles were when receiving, returning and exchanging Zappos products. I sketched an idea presented it to my team and then created a mock-up to be presented to the business. Hundreds of other entries were submitted and our idea and design won.

A test box based off of our idea was sent out to 2,000 customers. Future box testing is still in progress.
